Lithuanian Society of Endocrinology (LSE), established in 1962, is an independent organization that unites endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals and scientists working in the field of endocrinology.
The main purpose of Lithuanian Society of Endocrinology is to unite specialists working in clinical, pedagogical or scientific fields of endocrinology and related areas in order to advance and develop the science and clinical practice of endocrinology, as well as coordinate the activities of Society members, represent the professional, ethical, economic, social, cultural, and other interests of the members, to advocate and protect the rights of the patients and professionals within governmental and non-governmental organizations as well as meet other public interests.
Lithuanian Society of Endocrinology is proud to be a member of the following international organizations:

- The European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS)
- International Society of Endocrinology (ISE)
